Inkz services are provided by ATİBA DİJİTAL EĞİTİM DANIŞMANLIK İNŞAAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

Inkz is a technology platform for discovery, portfolio publishing, studio relationships, and request management between tattoo artists, studios, and clients.

Inkz does not directly provide tattoo services and does not give medical, hygiene, legal, or commercial guarantees on behalf of artists or studios.

You must provide accurate and current information during registration. You are responsible for your account security and activity under your account.

Your profiles, portfolios, offers, messages, and other content must comply with applicable law, third-party rights, and Inkz community safety expectations.

Misleading identity, unauthorized trademark use, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, or conduct that harms platform security is prohibited.

Artists and studios are responsible for the legal permissions, hygiene, health, consent, age-limit, and professional standards applicable to the services they provide.

The relevant user or studio is responsible for the accuracy of pricing, availability, location, portfolio, and team information published on Inkz.

The Inkz brand, software, interfaces, and systems belong to us or our licensors.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You allow us to use that content as needed to provide the service, display your profile, and operate discovery and sharing features.

You must not publish photos, designs, trademarks, or personal data owned by others without permission.

The app and website may be interrupted from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

We may change, suspend, or remove features. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes.

We may restrict, suspend, or permanently close accounts that violate these terms, create a security risk, or use the service unlawfully.

You may request account deletion through the app or by using the contact method on the account deletion page.

Inkz is a technology platform that connects users. We are not directly responsible for artist, studio, or client conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, revenue loss, or third-party transactions and disputes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
