Account Deletion
You can delete your Inkz account and associated personal data from within the app or through the web method below.
How to send a request
- 1In the app, open Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account and complete the verification steps.
- 2If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered to your Inkz account.
- 3Use "Inkz account deletion request" as the subject and include your username.
What data is deleted?
- Account profile and login records
- Artist or studio profile information
- Posts, portfolio content, and private user-uploaded media
- Saved tattoo try-on inputs and results
- In-app preferences, device tokens, and relationship records
Limited retained data
- Transaction, contract, tax, or dispute records required by law for the applicable statutory period
- Limited security and fraud-prevention records for up to two years
- Aggregate statistics that can no longer be linked to you
How long does it take?
Access to the account is disabled immediately after a verified deletion request. Personal data is deleted from active systems or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup cycle within 90 days.
